Pickup and Delivery Availability

Our laundry pickup and delivery service is available 8AM to 4PM Monday through Saturday. We will pick up your laundry from your location and return it fresh and folded and ready to use next day except for Sundays. Orders picked up on Saturday will be returned on Monday.

Turnaround Times

Wash & Fold orders take 24 hours and will be delivered next day except for Sundays. Orders picked up on Saturday will be returned on Monday.

Any orders that include items to be press-ironed will require 2 to 3 business days.

Rodriguez Laundry Express Policy

At Rodriguez Laundry, our standard turnaround time ensures every order receives the highest level of care and attention.

Express / Same-Day Service is available only in emergency situations and must be confirmed at the time of request. Please note:

  • A $150 minimum fee will be applied in addition to your order total.
  • Express service is subject to staff and equipment availability.
  • We encourage all customers to schedule in advance whenever possible.

How It Works

Getting laundry pickup and delivery is as easy as clicking a button and gathering your laundry.

1. Schedule Your Pickup

  • Click on the schedule a pickup button to get started. Our portal will guide you through the process step by step.
  • Choose convenient service windows for driver pick-up and drop-off that fit your schedule.
  • Let us know where your linens await (don't worry if you're not home). Enter in notes to let our driver know where you will leave the laundry and where they can drop it off in case you won’t be home.

2. Toss It & Relax

  • Just bag your linens, towels, and clothes separately (regular bag or even a kitchen trash bag works and leave it somewhere our driver can find it. Please, no wet laundry.
  • Our friendly driver will then collect your laundry and bring it to our high-tech facility where we will use a calibrated system of washers, dryers, presses, and folding machines to deliver unmatched results that you can’t get at an ordinary laundromat.

3. Welcome Freshness

  • We follow your instructions, care for any delicate décor linens, and gently fold everything.
  • Your fresh, fragrant linens arrive neatly packed, delivered with a smile.
