What are your wash and fold hours?
Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 5PM.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my laundry?
We use Spartan Chemicals’ Clothesline Fresh line of detergents. This is a nationally recognized brand or commercial grade detergents, enzymes, and other cleaning agents like stain removes and bleach used industry wide among major laundry facilities that process large volumes of linens. The products we use are safe, highly effective at removing stains and odors, and smell great.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 15 pounds for wash and fold laundry and 10 pounds for any laundry that requires pressing/ironing.
Do you wash my laundry with other people's laundry?
No.
Do you sort laundry?
Yes, we sort items by likeness depending on all items included in your order. For example, some orders may be sorted by lights/whites/darks and others may be sorted by colorful and whites.
Do you take special instructions for my laundry?
We will be happy to honor any special instructions to the best of our ability. However, we encourage you to the following prior to driver pickup.
If you have special sorting preferences, please sort the items and let us know in your instructions when placing your order online the intent or reasons for the sorting and if special water and dryer temperatures to apply to the loads.
If you need spot treatment, it's best to treat these the moment your items enter the hamper at home. Spraying stains and spots as early as possible gives the enzymes in the treatments more time to breakdown the stains.
Do you take wet laundry?
We do not take laundry that is wet, damp, drenched, or contains any moisture. Your laundry must be dry at time of driver pickup. We are not responsible for any mildew, mold, or other damage that results in your laundry as a result of exposure to moisture.
When will I get my laundry back?
Wash & Fold orders take 24 hours and will be delivered next business day.
Any orders that include items to be press-ironed will require 2 to 3 business days.
Orders with the "Express" Option will be delivered in less than 24 hours for a one-time fee of $150.
I left some stuff in my pockets. Will I get it back?
We will make our best efforts to bag up any items we find in pockets, however, we are not responsible for any items you leave in your pockets.
Do You Offer Dry Cleaning Services?
We can not offer Dry Cleaning services at this time.

How much does pickup and delivery cost?
We offer starting prices at $5 per pound. We also offer flat rate fees on common bulky items. Please see our pricing page for complete details.
Can I schedule an order over the phone?
We do not take orders over the phone. Please sign up through our website and input your information. The account creation and scheduling process is fairly easy to use and is the best way to provide us your information such as your pickup and delivery address and pickup and drop-off times. To use our services, you must schedule your order online.
If you need assistance in creating your account online, please call (774) 485-2036 between 8AM and 4PM, and an agent will be happy to help.
I won't be home. Can I still use this service?
Yes. If you won’t be home for pickup, we recommend that you place your laundry somewhere out of sight such as behind a gate, fence, unlocked garage, etc. Do let us know in your notes when scheduling your pick-up where our driver will be able to find your order. Please be as descriptive as possible. You will receive notification when our driver picks up your order.
If you won’t be home for delivery, please let us know in the notes when scheduling your order where exactly our driver can leave your laundry. Please be as descriptive as possible. You will receive notification when our driver drops off your order.
Please note that pick-up and drop-off locations must be accessible to our driver. Our drivers will not climb over, crawl under, or otherwise circumvent gates, fences, walls, or other structures for their own safety.
My laundry was damaged or lost while waiting for pickup. What can I do?
We are not responsible for any orders prior to driver pick-up. You will get a text or email notification when our driver picks up your laundry. Prior to that, we assume no responsibility for your items. Please prepare your order at your own discretion. If you are not going to be home at time of pickup, please see our recommendations under “I won’t be home. Can I still use this service?”
I never received my order. What can I do?
We are not responsible for orders after driver drop-off. You will get a text or email notification when our driver drops off your laundry. If you are not going to be home at time of delivery, please see our recommendations under “I won’t be home. Can I still use this service?” or select a drop-off time when you will be home.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. Please input notes into the notes sections when placing your order online.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No, there is not.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
By the credit card you put on file with us at time of checkout.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or 13-gallon kitchen trash bags.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes.

Do you wash bedding?
We are bedding experts. Our facility is designed, built, and equipped with machines specifically made to wash large loads of linens and press-iron large items like bed sheets. We also have folding machines that fold entire bed sheets with precision.
Do you wash towels?
Yes, we do. Our calibrated system of washers and detergents excel at removing dirt, stains, and odors from towels and our dryers with their reversing technology ensure your towels are fluffed as they are dried. All this ensures an end product worthy of luxury hotels.
Do you wash clothes?
Yes, we take regular laundry at this time. Please be sure to bag your clothing items separately from any bedding and towels. This helps ensure that the most appropriate detergents and softeners are used for the laundry type.
